How long do items typically take to ship?
Most of our products currently take between 2 - 4 weeks to get to you. We currently are working with a few international suppliers, which creates some delays in shipping (read more about our shipping policies here). We're constantly on the look for better shipping options for future products, so we hope to improve this in the future.

Why does the sizing tag on my clothing not match what I ordered?
Because some of our products are international, the size on the physical tag may be different than your size. Don't worry - we have personally tried and tested all of our clothing product sizes, and the size selection on our site should match you with the right fit. If the product does not actually fit you, check out our return and refund policies here.
                          
Does Mon Stop Shop create any custom apparel?
We do not actively sell custom apparel (any apparel designed by a customer). However, if you have any ideas, suggestions, or something you'd like to see come to life, feel free to shoot us an email at info@monstopshop.com and we'd love to work something out. Do note that we are not responsible for providing any compensation for unsolicited design ideas or suggestions that may ultimately become products on our store.
